• Enquiries: when you use our Request Information, Switch Enquiry or contact forms — your name, email address, phone number, company, business or site address, current water cooler provider, contract end date, and anything you write in your message.
• Orders, rentals and servicing: when you buy, rent or book a service — your name, billing and delivery addresses, email, phone number, the products and services you order, and delivery, installation and servicing details.

• To send you news and offers by email, but only if you have agreed to receive them. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails.
• To run, secure and improve our website, and to understand how it is used.
• To meet our legal obligations, such as keeping tax and accounting records.

Who we share your information with

We do not sell your personal information. We only share it when we need to, with:

• Our staff and contractors who deliver, install and service water coolers.
